New Users
1.Click Access the Patient Portal Here
2.Click the Register button
- Fill out the registration form(the initial password is 1234)
4.Click Submit Registration button
5.You should next see a pop-up notification that you have successfully registered.
Returning users
1.Enter the email address
2.Click “view document” to view your visit information
3.Click “Send Message to doctor” to send important CLINICAL messages.
