We take the health of our patients and employees seriously.
Since the Covid pandemic our cleaning has been taken to a new level. In addition to more stringent cleaning procedures our facility is sprayed using an electrostatic sprayer with a product designed to inactivate SARS-CoV-2 daily. All equipment and tools used are disinfected after each patient. Used pens are discarded into a bin and disinfected prior to use by another patient. Clipboards are disinfected after each patient.
Our team is required to submit to a basic screening prior to reporting to work.
This includes:
self- reporting signs or symptoms of any COVID related symptoms. Employees exhibiting signs or that have been positively exposed will not report to work and must quarantine and possess a negative COVID test result prior to returning to work.
Masks must be worn in the office by patients and staff.
We have limited our provider schedules to only allow the minimum number of people in the office at one time. You will notice that getting an appointment may take longer than usual due to the limited schedule.
Prior to your appointment
Patients may only have one caregiver, if absolutely needed, with them while in our facility. The caregiver must accompany the patient during all phases of the exam. The caregiver will not be allowed to stay in the waiting room.
The caregiver will be required to wear a mask and answer the health assessment questions.
Call the office to check in for your appointment.
The staff will let you know if you are to come in or if you need to wait in your car due to capacity limits.
We understand that everyone is exhausted with COVID protocols.
It is our responsibility to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our patients and employees.
We thank you for understanding this and displaying patience during all phases of your appointment.
Please note that with the way COVID-19 is changing our business daily, our services and hours of operation may change anytime.
